I Portonovi regatta -"Boka Islands"

Organized by Sailing Club “Jovo Dabović”, and under the patronage of Portonovi marina, Portonovi Regatta was held under the name "Bokeška ostrva" for the cruiser class in five categories.

The Regatta took place from 12th to 14th of June 2020 with a start in front of Portonovi marina at 11:00, on Saturday 13th of June. The competition was held in the Bay of Kotor, and navigation routes included the island of Mamula, the islands of Tivat and the islands of Perast. Professional sailors, as well as numerous amateur sailing fans, attended this nautical event.

As one of the distinguished marinas in the area, Portonovi marina has a desire to develop all facilities for sailing enthusiasts, in addition to the services it provides. The organizers believed that the first cruiser regatta will become a traditional international regatta in Boka with the aim of expanding the number of participants in the upcoming years, including sailing boats that are moored in Portonovi marina. The ambition is for the regatta to diversify the offer for foreign and domestic sailing fans.

Upon finishing the race, every evening participants and guests enjoyed themed after-parties at various locations in Portonovi.
